| Medical leave without pay that does not qualify under FMLA, OFLA, or Workers' Compensation (that is, not job-related). | ||
| Leave without pay for reasons that do not qualify for any other type of valid, defined leave. | ||
| Leave with pay for reasons that do not qualify for any other type of valid, defined leave. | ||
| Used to indicate Military Leave without Pay but with Benefits for up to 24 consecutive months when initially deployed; per OAR rules (see OAR 101-030-0022). | ||
