Establishes codes that identify the relationship to an employee that makes a beneficiary eligible for benefits.(Click on any column heading to resort)

| T | Sibling | The brother or sister of the employee for whom the benefit, such as health or dental insurance, is being established. |
| S | Self | The employee for whom the benefit, such as health or dental insurance, is being established. |
| B | Partner | The employee's domestic partner, as defined by State law, for insurance coverage purposes. |
| P | Parent | The natural or adoptive parent (mother or father) of the employee for whom the benefit, such as health or dental insurance, is being established. |
| O | Overage Disabled Dependent | No definition available |
| X | Other--Person | Any other person who may be eligible for dependent coverage and cannot be associated with any of the other valid codes. |
| Y | Other--Organization | Any other organization that may be related to the employee's coverage and cannot be associated with any of the other valid codes. |

| C | Child | The dependent son or daughter of the employee (including stepchildren, foster children, adoptive children, and so on) for whom the benefit, such as health or dental insurance, is being established. |
