||Hardship (Donated) Leave
||*INACTIVE* This code was used to add leave donated to an employee and deplete such leave as it is utilized by the employee. This code should be used for the recipient only, and is a form of sick leave. The donor donates vacation leave (remember to deplete hours from the donor?s vacation leave), and the leave is converted to a dollar amount based on the donor?s rate of pay; then the dollar amount is converted into hours based on the recipient?s current regular hourly rate of pay and credited to XDON to be used in lieu of sick leave.

||FLSA Comp Time *DO NOT USE*
||Use this leave code to accumulate FLSA comp time earned and to deplete FLSA comp time taken.
||Use this leave code to accumulate and deplete compensatory time for FLSA-exempt classified employees. These employees earn compensatory time at one hour of exchange leave for one hour of overtime worked. Refer to OPEU Collective Bargaining Agreement, Article 25, Section 4(b).
||Use this leave code to record personal leave taken by classified employees. The balance reflects the remaining balance available for the fiscal year.
||Use to account for Governor?s Day (if designated), or the one day taken in lieu of Governor?s Day some time between Christmas Eve and the day after New Year?s Day, or a mutually-agreed-on other day. This leave automatically accrues on the last payday in November, so employees hired between November payroll cutoff and December 24 should be given a manual accrual when they are hired.
||Management Service Rsrv Leave
||Use to record leave taken against vacation hours in excess of 176 that were carried forward from management service employees into unclassified service. This leave is used on a voluntary basis by the employee, and if not used by November 1, 1999, will be cashed out at the employee?s rate of pay on that date. Refer to OAR 580-021-0030, Section 10.
||Use to record leave taken by classified employees for preretirement counseling. Note: This leave does not automatically accumulate; 3 days should be credited manually prior to depleting the first leave taken.
||Military Training Leave
||Use to track leave taken by an employee for purposes of National Guard or United States military reserve. This leave regenerates annually.
||Vacation accruals increase the balance of this leave; vacation taken and recorded decreases the balance of this leave.
