||Use to track leave taken by an employee for purposes of National Guard or United States military reserve. This leave regenerates annually.
||Management Service Rsrv Leave
||Use to record leave taken against vacation hours in excess of 176 that were carried forward from management service employees into unclassified service. This leave is used on a voluntary basis by the employee, and if not used by November 1, 1999, will be cashed out at the employee?s rate of pay on that date. Refer to OAR 580-021-0030, Section 10.
||Hardship (Donated) Leave
||*INACTIVE* This code was used to add leave donated to an employee and deplete such leave as it is utilized by the employee. This code should be used for the recipient only, and is a form of sick leave. The donor donates vacation leave (remember to deplete hours from the donor?s vacation leave), and the leave is converted to a dollar amount based on the donor?s rate of pay; then the dollar amount is converted into hours based on the recipient?s current regular hourly rate of pay and credited to XDON to be used in lieu of sick leave.

||Use this leave code to accumulate FLSA comp time earned and to deplete FLSA comp time taken.
||Use this leave code to accumulate and deplete compensatory time for FLSA-exempt classified employees. These employees earn compensatory time at one hour of exchange leave for one hour of overtime worked. Refer to OPEU Collective Bargaining Agreement, Article 25, Section 4(b).
||Use this leave code to accumulate FLSA and non-FLSA comp time earned and to deplete FLSA and non-FLSA comp time taken.
