PTRLREA - Leave Reason Codes

Code Banner Title Definition
MF Military Extended w/o Pay Used to indicate extended Military leave without pay and without benefits when the Military leave is extended beyond the initial 24 months of deployment. See OAR 101-030-0022 for details.
MB Military w/o Pay, w/Benefits Used to indicate Military Leave without Pay but with Benefits for up to 24 consecutive months when initially deployed; per OAR rules (see OAR 101-030-0022).
FN FMLA w/o Pay Qualified family and medical leave without pay.
FF FMLA w/Pay On qualified family and medical leave with pay; that is, utilizing accrued vacation and/or sick leave.
FP FMLA w/PartPay On qualified family and medical leave and receiving partial pay; that is, when accrued leaves are utilized until exhausted and the employee moves to unpaid status.
FS Health, Non-Job w/o Pay Medical leave without pay that does not qualify under FMLA, OFLA, or Workers' Compensation (that is, not job-related).
WN Workers' Comp w/o Pay Leave without pay, associated with a Workers' Compensation claim.
LF Other w/o Pay Leave without pay for reasons that do not qualify for any other type of valid, defined leave.
WF Workers' Comp w/Pay Leave with pay, associated with a Workers' Compensation claim.
LN Other w/Pay Leave with pay for reasons that do not qualify for any other type of valid, defined leave.
PF Peace Corps w/o Pay Leave for service in the Peace Corps without pay.
CF Academic Year w/o Pay Leave during the academic year without pay.
EF Educational w/o Pay Educational leave without pay.
CN Academic Year LOA (Classified) Classified employees' leave of absence during the academic year.
SF Sabbatical w/Pay Approved Sabbatical leave with pay.
AN Administrative w/o Pay Administrative leave without pay.
AF Administrative w/Pay Administrative leave with pay.
