PTRPICT - Payroll ID Codes

| Code | Banner Title | Definition▲ |
|---|---|---|
| MO | Monthly | Assumes hours are tracked from the 1st through the 30th and paid on the 30th of the month. Typically used for salaried employees. |
| NP | No Pay Transactions | Not used except for some unpaid appointments, such as board members and courtesy appointments. |
| HR | Hourly Time Entry | Used when hours are tracked from mid-month to mid-month and paid at month-end. |
