| 2 | 11-12 Month Full Time Faculty | Faculty who are hired into a full-time position that spans 11 or 12 months. |
| 3 | Other Full Time Employees | Employees, other than faculty, both classified and unclassified. |
| 4 | Part Time Employees | Employees who are considered part-time. |
| 5 | <9 Month Full Time Faculty | Faculty who are hired into a full-time position that spans less than 9 months. |
| 6 | Unreported | Employees who do not fall within any of the categories, as described in numbers 1 through 5. |
