| Version 8.0.a - This OUS-developed process/report identifies out-of-balance scenarios between HRIS and FIS. The report reflects discrepancies between detail records in HRIS (NHRDIST) and posted data in FIS (FGBTRNH) for both expenses and encumbrances. The report has parameters for COAS, fiscal year, fiscal period, year-to-date or current period, and expense or encumbrance, and is run twice per period (once for expenses and once for encumbrances). Report information is sorted by rule code first, then by foapal, and includes totals for NHRDIST and FGRTRNH amounts. Data is summarized FOAPAL by FOAPAL between HRIS and FIS and discrepancies in amounts are reported. |
