| Version 8.3.b - This is an OUS report that extracts Non-Resident Alien name and address information from a single institution database for later use in creating address labels. It also selects the country-of-origin, for subsequent determination by the operator as to whether each country has a treaty regarding U.S. income taxes owed by the selected OUS employee. This job is expected to be run once a year, in October or November, to provide the list of Non-Resident Aliens. It will be run either by a representative of the OUS Controller's Division, or by an authorized employee of the individual institution who will then send the output file to the Controller's Division. |
