Summary of Modification for FGAJVCD

Version 7.3.a - This SCT Banner baseline form has been modified by OUS as part of the "Cash Mod". The form has been modified to ensure that the bank code defaults only from rule class edits, not from FTVFUND as is the function of the baseline form.
