8.4.a - This Banner form is modified as part of the OUS cash modification which includes the following changes: (1) Added form level trigger, PRE-COMMIT, which enforces the following: If the data entry indicator switch is set to 'Y', the default bank code must have a value; if the data entry indicator switch is set to 'N', the default bank code must be null, and (2) changed the field label 'Bank' to 'State Funding Source'.
