Version 8.0.a - This is an OUS program that creates a "Non-Expendable Inventory - Indirect Cost Summaries, by Building" report. It also creates a download file of the same data selected for the report. This particular version, 6.0.a, contains changes to add N to the ffbmast_system_status_code select to accommodate buildings and IOTBs that are merged with the non-expendable assets.
