Version 8.0.a - This is an OUS program that produces the "Non-Expendable Inventory Investment in Plant" report, using the converted Fixed Assets master file FFBMAST. This particular version, 6.0.a, contains changes to add N to the ffbmast_system_status code select to accommodate buildings and IOTBs that are merged with the non-expendable assets. In addition, the ffbmast_asty_code has been changed to not include "AE".
