Purpose of Modification
Summary of Modification for FWRINZE

Version 8.0.b - This is an OUS program that searches the FGBENCP table to determine if all payroll encumbrances have been zeroed. A report is produced, listing any non-zero encumbrance values. If no non-zero encumbrances are found, the report displays a message stating that "no non-zero encumbrances have been encountered".
