Summary of Modification for FWRTDTD

FWRTDTD (Version 8.4.A) This is an OUS created report that will be used by the Chancellor's Office Debt Manager. The report creates a CSV file for uploading the daily cash balance change for bond funds. This report will be run by the Debt Manager only at each OUS school.
