Version 8.7.A - This is an SCT Banner baseline process that has been modified by OUS. The process summarizes data by transaction date, rule class and FOAPAL, and transfers the salary and OPE encumbrance documents into the interface process for FIS. This version includes OUS code that adds more frequent commits to prevent rollback failure.
