Summary of Modification for PDADEDN

PDADEDN: Version 8.7.A This Banner form has been modified as follows: 1. Changed the deduction effective date to system date within a specific form trigger so that the system date will be replaced with the effective date when not entered. This allows the most current deduction effective date in the Definition of Benefit and Deduction Plans screen (table PTRBDPL) within the Benefit and Deduction Rules form (PTRBDCA) to automatically display in PDADEDN for an employee that has uses that deduction. SunGard RPE CMS-RPE6469 was opened on 11/18/1999 to suggest that PDADEDN be modified to display the current deduction values and deploy the Premium History button as necessary to view previous values. OUS supports this RPE. 2. Changed the code to recognize zeros the same as null values in order to change the error message: "Entry of field not allowed when indicator is 'N' or 'S'" to a warning when a new effective date is entered.
