Version 5.4.a - This is a data function, created by OUS, as a modification of pwf_ope_recast. Version 3.2.b corrected the position of ,0) in nvl(sum(decode(nhrdist_dr_cr_ind, '-')*nhrdist_amt),0) as recommended by OSU on 2/18/00 to prevent the return of a null value. This particular version, 5.4.a, contains changes that will prevent double negative OPE encumbrances from feed to FIS when a labor distribution has been deleted or overridden in NBRJLBD.
