Version 8.2.a - This is an OUS program that removes encumbrance records from NHRDIST and NHRFINC tables. It also updates the NBRJLBD and NBRBJOB tables by zeroing amounts in the "to post" fields in NBRJLBD and "salary encumbrance" in NBRBJOB. The records being removed are associated with encumbrance numbers beginning with 'PR'. Version 6.0.b adds an encumbrance prefix parameter to the program to replace the hardwired prefix in the previous version.
