Purpose of Modification
Summary of Modification for PXRP941

PXRP941 (Version 8.6.1.5.A) Mod summary: - Added Detail-or-Summary parameter. If user enters 'D', complete report is created. If user enters 'S' (the default), only the grand total pages are printed. - Added test that bdca-codes in T17, T18, T19 for select in sel_1042_pp_totals. This prevents doubling of 1042 amounts on report.
