Changed the deduction effective date to system date within a specific form trigger so that the system date will be replaced with the effective date when not entered. 2. Changed the code to recognize zeros the same as null values in order to change the error message: "Entry of field not allowed when indicator is 'N' or 'S'" to a warning when a new effective date is entered.
