| Version 5.2.a - This is an OUS report, that is a batch version of the FPTFOAN form. FWRFOAP is intended to be used by the 5th site, and not the large universities. This is an OUS report, developed for the 5th site institutions. The report lists payroll information by index or organization code. It selects data from an OUS view (NWVDIST) rather than the baseline NHRDIST table, which improves performance. The report shows year-to-date encumbrance expense and year-to-date pay expense for employees, even if they have no expense activity in the selected as-of period. Transactions are summarized to one line per employee, per period, and are shown sorted by organization, by fund, by program, by either (employee name or account), and by period and month. |
