| Version 8.0.a - This is an OUS process that produces a report or download file of General Ledger and/or OPAL account summary information, within Fund, within COAS. The process utilizes the Aggregate Database as its data source. The process was initiall run by Chancellor's Office users in OWAG accessing the FIS aggregate ledgers of various schools. But later the users also wanted to run it on the institution's own database to get a more current snapshot. |
