| Version 8.5.A - This is an OUS process that updates and inserts NTRPCLS records at institutions if different than OSBA or missing. When records are missing from the institution's database, the entire record is inserted into the remote database. When updating, the process looks for differences in certain elements in both OSBA and the institutional database. The position class history table (NBRCLSH) is also updated when this process inserts or updates NTRPCLS. NOTES: 1) When an institution has a site-specific code that does not exist in OSBA, this process ignores the institution code. This process will not remove the code from the institution's database. 2) Bargaining unit codes are updated by this process for SEIU records only. |
