| Version 8.2.a - This is an OUS clone of the SCT Banner baseline report, PHRDREG, with the following modifications: 1. Added begin and end-date parameters 2. Added PAYNO and ACTIVITY DATE columns 3. Removed the DEDUCTION REFERENCE No. column This report is on the payroll processing checklist, and is run for adjustments only. Version 4.0.b - This is an OUS clone of the SCT Banner baseline Payroll Register Report (PHRPREG). The OUS version of the report contains the following modifications: 1. The event date for adjustments is the "driving factor", rather than the year and pay number as in baseline. 2. Two additional parameters were added to make it possible for payroll staff to look at portions of the current pay period as needed. As of Banner 6, the process was utilizing the years 1950 and 2099 for the begin and end date values. This version, 6.0.a, contains changes to fix the start and end date for selecting data, as well as report display. |
